Goods will not be accepted for a refund without prior notification. We will make your refund less any costs of collection if required within 30 days of the day we receive your notice of cancellation. Any goods returned must be packaged as new with all packaging, manuals, leads etc.

Goods must be wrapped to avoid any damage to the outer packaging. Any goods returned not fit for resale are not eligible for a refund. When packing remember how the goods arrived to you.

Once you have notified us of cancellation you have a legal requirement to take care of the goods Faulty or damaged goods If goods arrive to you damaged then you must inform us within 3 days of receipt in order to make a claim against the delivery company.

Notification after this negates our right to claim and may affect you right of refund. If goods are faulty then you must inform us within 5 days of receipt for a refund or 30 days for an exchange or credit note. Goods reported faulty after 30 days but within the manufacturers warranty period (usually 12 months) will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Goods that are found to not be defective & in full working order will be returned and you will be charged the shipping cost.When making any return it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the shipping. Please ensure when returning that you purchase adequate insurance to cover loss or damage in transit.
